A tart life and a bitter aftertaste: how to avoid it?
A tart life and a bitter aftertaste: how to avoid it?

Every person's world has room for own experiences. A fleeting word can enter the mind and drain emotions. The uncontrolled flow of thoughts can change the perception of the world in seconds.
Consequently, an irrational view of things provokes a person into internal conflict. It all leads to disappointment, apathy, and bitterness.
But how do not succumb to a depressive state and soberly assess the world?
The simple principle of the mirror — the surrounding reflects the current spiritual and mental development of man. There is no need to go into a rage or pour out tears if you do not find sympathy. There is no need to become enchanted — it is painful to be disappointed later.
The cause of grief and defeat is always the person himself.
Everything begins with the mind — there, a simple thought-form is projected onto the material world. If the brain is programmed to be positive and flatly sees only benefits, it will be so. The tartness of a sunny morning and the bitterness of a recent resentment will stop poisoning the mind at once.
Just as in Nature, a sick animal goes on a hunger strike. So man needs some time to clear his brain of the next portion of despair.
Bitterness and disappointment will not be the solution but only serve to exacerbate mental distress.
Remember this when you encounter injustice in the world on another sunny morning.
